Yes.

Avnet was involved bigtime in a S/N screwup about a year ago.  We
refused to pay additional $$$ because we made a business decision based
on what we were quoted.  When it was all said and done, IBM/Avnet forced
Sirius (our BP) to pay.  Sirius will no longer do business with us.
