Well, no luck here. The Properties dialog shows V5R1M0. I changed the
locations for plugins, then shut down OpsNav and restarted - those changes
did not stick. I begin to hate this thing again.

I just went into the Registry and change the items for plugins - that made
it happen - OpsNav did not change the Registry, as I assume it should have
done.
