Hi Vern,

This rings a bell. At a guess, did you recently
upgrade the 400 to V5R1?

Try the following - right click on the 400 name
and select properties and change anything
(like on the Connection tab - change the log
on option ) and OK.

Does Database Navigator suddenly appear? If
not, try closing and reopening Ops. Nav.

I have a sneeky feeling that Ops. Nav.
is "remembering" the OS Version, when you
change connection info it resets it.
