Steve, The LPAR stuff can confuse the issue. I find it easier to just pretend that I have two network-connected systems. If I have the OptiConnect feature installed, then they are connected via the bus, otherwise the partitions will talk over the network via their respective network cards. The SAVRSTLIB (Libraries), SAVRSTDLO (Documents), and SAVRST (IFS Directories) will handle almost everything. Check the documentation for the specific libraries and other limitations, but you might be able to get away with using *IBM and *ALLUSR on the SAVRSTLIB.
