You might look at the SAVRST* commands that are part of ObjectConnect (free
option of SS1 that needs to be installed). This includes

SAVRST QSYS Save Restore
SAVRSTCFG QSYS Save Restore Configuration
SAVRSTCHG QSYS Save Restore Changed Objects
SAVRSTDLO QSYS Save Restore Doc/Lib Object
SAVRSTLIB QSYS Save Restore Library
SAVRSTOBJ QSYS Save Restore Object

These all have the same change date parameters that the normal commands have.

He called me yesterday with the following question and comments:

What is the best way to refresh a test partition with data from the
production partition? This includes all objects down to the "T".....this
includes IBM libraries, user libraries, documents, and everything else in
the IFS. Pretty much, it HAS TO BE a replica of production when the users
come in on Monday morning.

I do not care to hear about purchasing a third party software like
DataMirror, I am looking for a poor man's solution. My current plan
includes CLRLIB followed by a CPYLIB, then doing a restore of the SAVCHGOBJ
as time goes on.

Thanks in advance for your assistance...
