I just read in the System/36 Environment Reference that
#LIBRARY/QS36PRC(#STRTUP1) and (#STARTUP2) are run at IPL time.

This means that #LIBRARY/QS36PRC must be protected.

Does anyone know which user profile these procedures are executed by?
