Note that the spell-check API does _not_ require Application Dictionary 
Services installed unless you want to use IBM-supplied dictionaries. You can 
generate your own dictionaries, different ones for different uses if needed.

I have some old sample code somewhere at ( http://zap.to/tl400 ) for spell 
checking. It hasn't been changed for years, but could get someone started.
