What release of the OS are you on?
Do you do network printing to this printer also (IE:windoz)
How is the JetDirect card configured (if you have one that is configurable)

Our OS release is V4R5
We use this printer only for printing Pack Lists from the AS/400
The JetDirect card is configured as port 1
