Did you do a RSTUSRPRF *all or restore them individually?  If you restore
user profiles individually the password and group profiles are removed.  I
think that the only option in this scenario is to reset them to default
passwords and set them to be expired.  Also note that if the security level
of the new box is 30 or higher *ALLOBJ authority will also be removed from
profiles.  If you do RSTUSRPRF *all, all data is restored from the saved
profiles, however any profiles that already exist will be overwritten with
the data from the saved user profile.

Ran Option 21 - Save entire system (V5R1).  I am now restoring user
profiles to our new box (V5R1) and the user profiles do not have any
