That's curious. Was RSTAUT run ? I can't see why, and I know someone who's
had that happen to them also.

But to resolve the immediate problem before the users go on,
WRKOBJPDM  QSYS   *ALL    USRPRF

F16 and set up a PDM  option to CHGUSRPRF &N   PASSWORD(&N)  PWDEXP(*YES)

Use F13 to copy that option down the list;  then position to Q... profiles
& blank the option out from these, and any other allobj profiles
then press enter.
