I agree! After our system crash last Friday, the tech I spoke to in Rochester had a definite accent, but easily understandable. The lady who answered the phone and transferred the call to the tech, however, was totally uninterpretable (is that a word?). I had to have some things repeated 5 times. I am not making this up.
