Re: AS400 170 - 2289 and 2291 processor memory features

Hello Chris,
according to my manuals and my experience with some 170's you have to leave
the 2x 32 MB(3001) base memory in the two slots (=bank one) closest to the
precessor module. The rest can be equipped with bigger modules (3002, 3004).
I would just try to fill up the rest with 3004's and see what's recognized by 
the
machine (manual IPL to DST, look in hardware manager)
