But I need EDTDOC and no one seems to know. I have heard about
PRTDOC/MRGDOC but not EDTDOC. Is anyone used EDTDOC / WRKFLR / WRKDOC under
V5R1? Ok I now have a 170 installed with V5R1 and has never had OV on it.
Ok I can WRKFLR / WRKDOC but CRTDOC/EDTDOC give an error message:

Message ID . . . . . . : OFC8019 Severity . . . . . . . : 30

Message type . . . . . : Escape

Message . . . . : Required module not on system.

Cause . . . . . : The system does not have a program product you require.

Recovery . . . : Contact your service representative or the appropriate

So I guess I cannot create / edit docs.

After many phone calls, IBM have given me to understand that prtdoc and
mrgdoc will continue to be supported; although OV/400 won't. It is vital
that any support staff realise this, otherwise they think they don't need
to help you out !

Hope all works out for you - we are slowly, finally testing a move of our
cursed DLOs to a server. ASP by ASP. We have hit almost every limit listed
on the website in the process. I will be so grateful when we finally get
rid of the damn thing. No more silly hierarchical path names to cope with
