Kirk,

You need to make absolutely sure with the IPDS documentation
for the card that the chosen font is in the printer and the
font id on the printed item DDS matches. It is weird and non-intuitive.
I also believe if you have to download the font they all have to
download, you cant mix and match. Usually there is a message in
the system operator queue about substitution if bad things happened.
