Mutiple copies that keep sending and sending

We are at V5R1 and I have set up a remote outq to print to a Epson
DFX5000+.  It works okay if I have a report with one copy.  When I
set the copies to 2, It keeps sending copies to the printer until I
either put it on hold or delete it.  The user had 15 copies of the same
report before I was called.  In the Destination options of the outq
description I have XAIX and XAUTOQ (Uppercase).  What do I need
to change to stop this.
