The URL for FTPAPI is http://klement.dstorm.net/ftpapi/ Why "time budget large?" If you're writing a prorgram that builds an FTP script on-the-fly (as you always SHOULD if you use the IBM FTP client in batch) then I don't see how FTPAPI takes any more time to use... However, if you're going to try to parse the errors returned by FTP, then FTPAPI will save you hours (if not days!)
