IBM's Partnerword has an offer for about $595 per year, called the Software
Mall
and you can get various AS400 software, each for a minimal cd charge,
including
major $20-50k titles. Joining Partnerworld is free. Only hitch is you can't
use software for
something like an ASP - selling the use of it. For development & demo.
