I was kind of hoping the joblog would help us track which particular
service was having this problem.

I don't suppose you can get enough play time on this machine to

STRTCPSVR SERVER(one at a time)

Actually this might become quite important to you.  For example, if this
is SMTP and your user profile that SMTP runs under is Qxyz then Qxyz
should have a directory entry and have the following set:
F19=Change name for SMTP
smtp user id, mine is rob
smtp domain, mine is dekko.com
But for these generic people, like Qxyz, I would use postmaster for their
smtp user id.  Then set up your email system to support this.  In Domino I
created a Mail-In database for this.  It has helped track some email
problems.  Granted you will get some undesired email to that address, like
the one I received this morning involving a female human and a mail
equine.
