At first blush, I'd say that ODBC knows nothing about members, as it is
SQL. You could maybe do an ODBC call to override a file to a member, but a
safer way might be to have created an alias to the member, then use that.
CREATE ALIAS ALIASLIB/ALIASNAME FOR REALLIB/REALFILE(MEMBERNAME)
