Hi Stan,

Even if you have 0 interactive CPW you can still use interactive programs.
More than 1 user however incurs the wrath of CFINT.  I would guess that this
applies to each individual partition, so 1 user doing green screen per
partition should not cause CFINT to kick in, thereby allowing use of DSPPFM
without causing performance problems.

Also, FTP can be run in batch, where I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that it
does not consume interactive CPW.
