Hi Walden, I don't know about the others, but I'll be making my own cable soon because I have to pull it through a .5" plastic pipe (that's a physical pipe, not a data pipe <g>) that already contains another cable. With the connector on it's just not possible. Other than that, I agree that it's better to get them pre-made.
