Remember, when you create the page segment or overlay with the AFP printer
driver on the pc, you specify DPI in the printer driver properties.  You
might need to determine the dpi used to fax a document, and select an
overlay dpi that matches.  When playing with this stuff at a prior job, I
could never find a way to make the overlay automatically rescale to match
the device dpi.  We had to force the printers into a common dpi mode (300
was fairly standard) to get consistent output.  I *think* faxes are
generally 200 dpi (actually 203x98 dpi).
