GreenStreak?

What's the scoop on this:

I thought I saw Al say something the other day about a deal on interactive
capacity, but I don't get it. This seems to be only for a couple of specific
machines. Why so specific? Why these particular interactive features? It's
not like they're backing down on their whole interactive tax structure, so
why the promotion at all? I thought they wanted to get everybody off green
screen. What are these dudes up to?
