I'm not familiar with transferring the license, so there may be a place to start. I could tell you where I got r510, but then I'd have to kill you. I have the QSECOFR and DST passwords. Moot anyway since I scratched up to r510. I have not yet spoken with IBM. I wasn't sure if I should start there or go straight to a BP or such. Incidentally, my "day job" company is a BP.
