I just ran into the same problem, after copying a currently working script from
a V4R5 system to a V5R1 box.
I think the analyst used Cut/Paste between PDM sessions.
Long story short, the userId and Password were UPPER case on the V5R1 system,
and we got the same errors.
corrected the case, and everything worked. This was to a Unix box, which
platform, I am not sure.
