Hi,
How can I grant one user authority to "resend" another user's fax, short of
making everyone an "administrator"?

Specifics:
We're using IBM's Facsimile Support 400 to transmit order confirmations and
invoices to customers. The confirmations are sent by a batch job under
usrprf BATCH.
The users can see the status of the faxes via a menu option, which does a
CHKFAXSTS BATCH. This allows them to see errors, but they don't have the
authority to resend faxes.

If the "unauthorized" user tries to do a resend, the following error occurs:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message ID . . . . . . : FRQ1285 Severity . . . . . . . : 30
Message type . . . . . : Information
Date sent . . . . . . : 07/18/02 Time sent . . . . . . : 10:49:44

Message . . . . : Not authorized to an outbound fax.
Cause . . . . . : You must have at least *CHANGE authority to this
outbound
  fax before performing this operation.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:

  1) Have the fax owner (BATCH) perform the operation
  2) Have an authorized user to the fax perform the operation
  3) Obtain proper authority from the fax owner (BATCH)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

TIA
