When using OPS Navigator (which Jim Knight told us how to do), I do see
resource names for terminals.

Unfortunately, the DEVD is not referenced to the resource and I am still at
a loss as to how to get a resource name given only a devd.

What do you mean by Resource Name anyway? It's been my understanding that
only the Controller would have a Resource Name, the Device would be
referenced by it's Controller/Port/Address number.
