WRKCFGSTS  *CTL <controller name>
Put an 8 on the line description
The resource name is defined there.

It just a plain old 3476 dumb terminal.  Don't see the resource name
anywhere in the devd.

What type/attributes does the device have?  You can see the resource
name for some devices using DSPDEVD.
