Bryan, I've thought a bit. It is very unlikely, unless you have a tape drive in the 9309 rack, that the thing is even attached to your 820. It would bear with a physical inspection. If you don't have a tape drive in the rack, what cables attach between the two boxes? If any, what cards are they attached to?
