I found a service that will do this for you while trying to find information on
postnet barcoding.

Their free service works from a highlighted address in a word document and
combined internet connection.  I'm sure that they have a programmable API for a
fee.

I didn't bookmark them but I found them by doing a google search for postnet
barcode.
