As far as I know, that's true.  I tried to create a general purpose
routine
to make nice messages by using catalogue file SYSCST and the constraint
name
from the file INFDS, but I never finished it.

We're using Synon here for almost all of our work, and the CASE tool
enforces RI through program code.  Setting RI constraints here is really
to
prohibit DFU users from 'accidentally' corrupting the data.
