Good question. The problem with constraint messages is that you may have violated numerous rules and then which message do you pick? Like a 7030 error on an RPG compile will result in a cascade of other error messages that were caused by the 7030 I don't think Roch has given us a very easy way to retreive the error condition and present that to the user.
