Noooooooooooooooo!  I hope that I'm not to late to catch you, and am
surprised that nobody from SSA answered this question.  You may, indeed, have
a problem.  However, allocations will form "split" FMA records for the same
sequence, if those allocations are not against the same warehouse/location
record.  PLEASE check this data prior to creating a "fix" for these
"duplicate" records...
