If you need a reference when you join the PC/400 project in Rochester, just call. Interesting how, at one moment the list fills with people who think the whole idea is absurd, and a day or so later realize that isn't the case. They even go so far as to start recommendations as to how to start it. Undoubtedly, there is considerable work involved in an undertaking of this dimension. Maybe a better way of re-imbursing the software teams involved in this (for the moment) fanciful flight of immagination, might be to offer each and every member of the team, partial ownership in the financial results.I don't believe that was the case with MS. Me thinks the pc world would quickly explode, and low and behold, OS/400 can lpar Windoze! remember Microsoft was given a project by IBM in the late 70's to build an os for their new pc. I still have to scratch my head on that one....LOL Ken ps...the beat goes on...
