next time you buy/lease a machine, have the maintenance contract folded
into the lease.  3 year lease, 3 year maintenance agreement.
You only need 24 months of service because of 1 year warranty, but it's
spread out over 3 years.

That's a pretty standard thing for us when we sell machines.
