Since I don't have an agreement from IBM, and I don't have a new machine, they're going to charge me to replace the disk drive on a machine I don't even own. How much you ask? Approximately $2300 to replace a disk drive that supposedly should never fail on a machine I should never own. At this point, I'm going to call over to iSeries Nation and see what happens.
