After the ridiculous runaround I got this morning and being unable to get someone to give me an answer, I just got an actual phone call from an IBM technician telling me that my leased machine is off maintenance, and that I need to get it on maintenance. I mentioned rolling the lease, and the tech had no idea what I was talking about. So now I'm waiting for a fax that will tell me how much they want me to pay for maintenance, while in the meantime I'm trying to keep my business running. Love, love, love the platform, but the business processes stink. Joe
