Tony, Does your print file say 8.5 inches or 9 inches (by 11 inches). You said 9 inches in your posting, but the paper in the printer is only 8.5 inches wide. That would cause things to not line up correctly ... ... if someone in your company has been removing chips from your printers, then IMHO all bets are off! You are getting pulled into "System Integrator He11" with equipment that doesn't meet specifications! Hope this helps!
