RE: utility to transfer ownership & authority attributes?

Well the object authority is simple enough, just use GRTOBJAUT using the
REFOBJ parameter.  As for the CHGOBJOWN, I'd been thinking of writing a
version that could use REFOBJ there as well.  I'll see what I can do.
