Hello Terry,

Andy meant the so called POE (Proof of Entitlement)
which is the ONLY proof that you are the owner of that
particular license. If you didn't get them, ask for them.
They usually are small DINA5 sheets with some color
grphics on it and a silver kind of hologram with some IBM
logos in it, one for each license key you have.
Contacting iSeries nation for help seems to be a good tip also.
