        I purchased a used AS400 system with V4R5 from a business recently.  I
would really like to get the Licenses in my name.  I have contacted IBM,
and while they agree that they kinda like to keep up with that sorta stuff,
nobody there can figure out who and how to transfer the license registration.

        Anybody been down this road before?  If so, how did you get it done?
