Tom, I very clearly stated that I was repeating hearsay and that I was unclear as to its meaning, but that it brought up a question - a question that is highly germane to this list and its participants. I have no answers, hence my asking the question. If you have answers, please share them. As evidenced by the across the board answers here, nobody really knows what "support" means in regard to Tomcat, or, for that matter, to Apache. My question is simple: If I can't get Tomcat working on my iSeries and I have an IBM support contract, will an IBM representative walk me through the installation/configuration like they will with WebSphere? David suggest that I go to "bugzilla", but I'm pretty sure that's just for bug reporting, not implementation assistance, and frankly I have a few clients that aren't going to be too thrilled about running their mission critical systems relying on support from something called "bugzilla", no matter HOW good I tell them it is. Joe
