Even though V4R3 hasn't been installed yet, its licensed for
the box.  Probably in IBM's eye's its an official upgrade...

I just found out a few minutes ago that this only happened at V4R5
if you have (had) software subscription.  That lets me out. I do not
believe it is currently on software subscription.

Thanks for the info Andy.  I'm beginning to think this may be a
losing proposition in terms of cost -- at least on my salary :(
