I'm ahead of you.  I was black-listed at www.orbz.org, and followed their
instructions to have my mail server retested.  It took a day, or so, but
they now list me as "clean".  I finally figured out how to shut-down open
relay.  www.orbz.org also supplied links to other black-list organizations.
I followed-up with those links too.
