I'm glad you rephrased the question, because I think that a save from V4R2 to V3R2 was supported. Nevertheless, even from V4R5 (and this includes V4R4), you can save specifying TGTRLS(V3R2M0) and the access paths will restore if: 1). The save specified ACCPTH(*YES) 2). The logicals and the physicals were in the same library. My mistake, it's not a v4r2 system I'm saving from, it's a v4r4 sy= >stem. At that level, the only TGTRLS's available are V3R2M0, V4R2M0, V4R3M= >0, and V4R4M0. >Does your answer still stand in this case? >TIA, >Dan Bale Um, guys, I think V3R2M0 was the last CISC OS versions. The others are all RISC OS version levels. You can only save 3 levels back. The last release that can save to V3R7M0 was V4R3M0. If you do the V3R2M0, you will have to also convert from CISC to RISC. My 2 cents worth. _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
