It is my understanding that it is being rewritten in java. I know that I
would fully support CAE on Linux.

Also, I was thinking about Ops Console earlier today and the dreadful
thought crossed my mind that it would have to run on a Windows PC. I don't
believe I would trust that.

Is not CAE being rewritten and all new function are in JAVA?  If so, it
should run on Linux with a JVM installed.
