IBM might be close to getting this out. I think I was on my way to COMMON in New Orleans, and I sat next to one of the CA developers. He was playing with a laptop loaded with Linux. I remember asking him when he was going to be able to run CA on his laptop, and I think he said it was working in the labs, but nothing definite as to GA dates.
