Our SMTP server has been crashing periodically, so I went into the QSYSOPR
log and found a message that QTMMCUTL had failed with a software problem. I
worked with the problem, and sent service request to IBM. In return I got
an APAR. I went back and got the status of the request which said it had
sent a fix to the customer (me).

Where do I find this APAR? It is II12302 but I don't know where to find
APARs on my system. it was for 5722TC1, but I see no new PTFs for that.

Did IBM send me a fix? If so, where do I find it? If not, what do I need
to do?

Any help is appreciated,

Regards,

Jim Langston
