List discipline is not up to me Dale, so this post is not about that issue.

I do however take offense at the link you have displayed in the post.  The
link is insulting, and  most certainly is inappropriate for an office
setting, which is where I just opened it.  I certainly was not expecting
offensive lanquage on this list.
