There have been several changes in the W2 and 1099 forms this year. For
companies that do their own payroll, this is additional tedious work for the
programmer. It is supposed to be printed by the end of the month, the
employees copy. The info can be send electronically to the IRS.
I am having the same issue with another software, Jetform. In our case, we
use Lawson, a version that they no longer support. Support is provided by
Digiterra. I uploaded the new programs last week and Payroll ran it Friday,
there were some problems but Tuesday it ran and we saw that the output does
not fit a pre printed W2 form, so we have to create out own.

It would be nice if there were other users of these products to share
information about this issue.

Subject: 1099 form in EZ/Print

Hi,

Does anyone know of an EZPrint email list? I am wondering if anyone has
created a 1099 form in EZ/Print for last year? EasyPrint is a forms
printing
solution by Acom Solutions that runs on the AS/400 and the PC.

Thank you,

Gary Kuznitz
